Receipt of Complaint and Feedback

The Department is committed to providing high quality education. We strive to offer the best to our students and other stakeholders according to Chulalongkorn University regulations. To ensure that all of our stakeholders are taken care of in a transparent, fair and verifiable manner, we set up this communication channel to our stakeholders to receive any matter related to the Department's improper action. The Department will assign an audit committee to consider the complaints.

You are required to provide the full information in your complaint. The Department ensures that your information and feedback will be kept confidential. If the validity of personal information is not provided, the Department reserves the right to disregard the case. After the committee has investigated your complaints, the issue will be addressed accordingly. You may be contacted to update if necessary.
